The location of the apartments is wonderful. It's a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, all the neighbors are very friendly. Great area for kids to play, and it allows larger dogs. If it wasn't for that, we'd probably have moved a long time ago. The apartments themselves are on the smaller side, and for the price we pay, it's ridiculous. The management could use a few tips on how to deal with people, one in particular is not a people person at all. She can be downright rude and nasty. Maintenance people are scarce around here. We moved in over two years ago, and things that were supposed to be fixed before we moved in, still haven't been fixed! Unless there's a major problem with your apartment that will cause permanent damage, don't count on seeing anyone come to fix it...... ever. Better off doing it yourself. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, I'm sure there's much better for a lot cheaper.
