I lived here for three years and I will agree with almost every other review that Sherry, the office manager, is rude and just horrible to deal with. The apartments themselves vary. I live in the 2 bedroom townhouse and I like the layout and size plus the basement. Maintence won't fix anything. I didn't have working heat all winter upstairs. Laundry is way to expensive. They are horrible on the charges for moving out. No matter what, get your carpet proffesionally cleaned and paint everything or they will charge you to do it. I am talking a few spots on a carpet in one room and a three hundred dollar charge for one of my nieghbrs who moved out.

I dont think i would recommend them to anyone with small kids, the rent is high for most. If you dont mind mediocore place to live for a few years its ok.
