Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
 
We lived at Falls Mill for 7 years as tenants and loved it. Yes it is an old building but that is part of the charm. We were very happy with the office staff she was also friendly & willing to help out. They have replaced the maintenance crew and things have improved greatly!!

The picnic area is a huge plus & so is the waterfall.

Falls Mill is quiet and peaceful.
