Although there were some problems, I loved living here for two years. The old windows are being replaced soon, and the potholes have been fixed. I lived on the third floor so it was hot in the summer and hot in the winter. During the summer, I had to sleep downstairs because it was too hot in the loft. Another problem, the walls are thin but everyone is nice and curteous. Lastly, there is very little closet space. Besides these problems, it has been a very pleasant experience. I love the charm and character of Falls Mill. It may not be great to own as a condo, but it is a perfect rental.
