Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived at Falls Mill from 1997 to 1998, moved out then moved back in to a different unit in 2000. In 2001 I was transferred with my job or else I would still be living there. The serenity of the river, the friendliness of the occupants, and the uniqueness of each unit is a pleasant draw to anyone looking for something different. The drawbacks are few but worth mentioning. Sometimes the large field (great for pet walking, picnics, and just relaxing) floods out. Parking is available but first come first served for the choice spots. The heating is abundant in the winter, unfortunately, it is in the summer too. This is easily fixed with a few fans. I highly recommend Falls Mill.
