Yeah century old and out of date............I lookeed at these apartments and they were musty, crusty, and just not tasteful. Staff semed nice (I wouldn't be surprised if that's who wrote that last one) but definitly don't want to live in the ghetto

I'm an owner. We have friendly people, nice grounds, an indoor pool, elevator, tennis courts, kayaking on the river, fishing, efficient maintenance, good management and more. It's nice to sit on the deck by the Falls and experience the peace of this place. You dismissed it by just looking. Try it, you'll like living here!
