The apartments are beautiful inside with exposed brick and huge windows. Great closet space. One bedroom is perfect for one person...and yes, maybe two ppl. Parking lot is tight, but I never have a problem getting an actual parking place. Neighbors are friendly,yet keep to themselves. Cats are allowed. I can sometimes hear the neighbors, but i haven't seen or lived in a place where u can't hear them! I love it here and u can't beat it for 1 bdrm @ $700. a month/heat included!
