Love my apartment! beautiful apartment (old mill which was renovated to apartments) with exposed brick walls, washer/dryer hookups and laundry on site. Maintenance is wonderful and very helpful. People are professional and nice in the building. Nice location near waterfall. If it was for sale I would buy it!
