These are ok apartments. Price is right. Manager is nice. The property management company will violate your lease in a heartbeat. They are very hard to communicate with because they are not on property. They are not very professional when dealing with renters. They are snotty and enjoy harassing tenants with paperwork that has to be completed every month or they will tell you you have to move out if you don't do what they say.

Even the manager of the apartments speaks extremely negatively of the managment company.

Carabetta manages alot of property and they are quick to add on charges that are not valid. If you want to spend all your time dealing with the headaches from them, live in one of their properties.

I totally agree with everything thing you wrote. Pay your rent a day late they want to kick you out. Get a 25 cent raise they want to raise your rent. Neighbor lies cause they dont like you and call saying something to management they want to kick you out. I wish I never moved into that crap hole. Did I mention lousy maintainence and loud neighbors..I even have bugs! called about that problem and cant get a courtesy call back. This place is the ghetto. Lived here 1 year and eagerly looking for a new apartment elsewhere.
