I only lived here for 6 months but in that time my boyfriend and I had our cars broken into (this is only 2 out of 18 cars up and down the street), saw a neighbor be rude and slam her door in a police officers face, among many other unpleasantries.
Although this is low income housing, rent plus deductables plus other bills- we could have rented a really nice place!
Not worth it!!!
Rent check took 2 months to clear-
They lost one of my friends checks and then charged him a fee.

wow how typical of carabetta! 10% late fee if your rent is late. You cant pay at your property you have to mail it to meriden how inconvenient! Sandy lane had several home break ins all summer in 2007. Someone tagged up the slide at the park and caught the bench there on fire. Nothing but a bunch of hoodulims live there. The sign when you come in should say welcome to the ghetto.
