The rent is decent, although it has gone up twice since I've lived here. The mantenence seems to only come to fix things when you nag them to death. I've had a problem with roaches, ants, and spiders. Maintenence wants to see these critters before they make a move. The superintendent wanted me to catch one for proof! They come in to fix things without telling you when exactly they're coming or without letting you know that they've been in to check something. Occasionally the'll schedual a day, but who cares...they don't come that day anyway' Or maybe they did without letting me know! What I do like is the price. It's affordable. The kitchen is spacious compared to most other apartments. Most of the apartments have w/d hook ups. Free hot water and heat are a plus,especially since their windows are old and drafty.

I have a bad roach problem at my apartment. Called and they wont do anything about it. Management is horrible. All staff are highly rude. I dont agree with price...it goes up 50dollars a year just because. Also you fart they want to know about it! Neighbors are noisey on both sides not to mention nosey. This place is terrible I am moving out next month and have only lived here a year. I cant take it anymore. Worse move I ever made in my life. Do yourself a favor keep out of sandy lane!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY...I HATE COCKROACHES TOO !!! I shoulda known when my mother-in-law suggested to me that this was the best place in town!! BWAHHAA!!!
