Ive only lived here for 2 months and so far my apartment is literally falling apart. They never repainted the place, my ceiling has leaked on me THREE times in the same spot. The closet in the master bedroom is falling apart in the inside. When I moved in my kitchen cabanets were unusable and it took them a month and a half to even bother fixing them. All of my wall sockets where painted over. To the point I could not plug anything into them. The neighbores are to be less desired for and are extremly rude and nasty. (half of them you cant even understand what they are saying.) My Car has already been hit by the next door neighbores car door. There are NO parking spots for guest and people park in the most retarded places. (Like the islands in the middle of the parking lot.....or in front of apts so you cant back out of your spot because they are in the way.) Upper management fail to also mail out these letters saying how much you are suppose to deduct from rent because they dont give you an intrest at the end of the year and they have failed to do that...oh and if you try to contact them about an issue, you better be betting they wont get back to you on a timely manner. Oh and the walls are paper thin, probably not fire walled due to the ancient-ness of the place and you can hear EVERYTHING.
In all thoughts....this place fails in all sorts of levels. Im getting out of here as soon as my lease is up. Its not worth the price.
