I had to write after reading the previous positive review. After moving in this past August with my boyfriend, I've been nothing but pleased with the decision to leave Thamesview; leaving behind a $915/mo rent, constant noise from neighbors and Route 12, creepy maintenance staff and countless other aggravations has made me wonder why I didn't consider moving a lot sooner.

Jo and her staff give me the impression that they geniunely care about the happiness of their tenants. I've had prompt service to all maintenance requests, and the recent installation of new bedroom windows was not only painless, but quick and courteous when it came time for staff to actually enter our apartment to finish the job. Jo was more than helpful from the start, working around my work schedule, and even changing our move-in date down to the last minute. She always greets me by name, and I get a kick out of the fact that she thinks my Hello Kitty checks are as cute as I myself think they are!

Loving the peace and quiet, my roomy, well-planned apartment, my big closet, and most of all, my dishwasher!
