I like most people that lived at Rose Hills only lived here for a year. Tha management is by far some of the most difficult people I ever have dealt with. They are rude and just plain nasty sometimes. Problems with the apartment were not fixed quickly. I am also pretty sure that all of the good ratings on this web page were actually written by the managemnet of Rose Hills. Also some of my niehbors were drug dealers.
