Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I if you like rats and roaches then this is the place for you, but the management is even worse than the bugs that live in the complex, not mention the drug dealers, but you do get free entertainment, you can listen to the nieghbors fight all night untill the cops come and you get to listen to loud music all night long ( the mangement doesn't do anything about it) :)
