Heres the scoop.......i just moved into building 4 everything is new and the walls are ok for a old building (smooth & straight)
it is kinda noisy but all rent units are..thats the way it is i guess....its location in town is great,its near everything....heats included and water also
management is great i think....i was bringing a cat with me here and i thought i could give it to mom...she turned around and said no,she cant take it....management was very good wwhen it came to me asking for more time to give them the unbudgeted security deposit for the cat($250)all in all its nice....if you have kids its not the best because there simply is no large field for them to play in like flying a kite(powerlines).......there is a pool though.
it is a nice complex for city living...no way like country living where we were....best part...school buses drive through the complex...this is good when you have 2 kids at 2 dif. bus stops.....i like the complex and its clean...its been 30 days...and no complaints...good parking and landscape...CLEAN...well cared for property...laundry is not in the units..there are 2 in basement for each building that kinda sucks if its raining or cold.
