1. Keep your mouth shut about the drug dealing.
2. Overlook open condoms floating in pool.
3. Dont bother maintenence durring pot and beer breaks.
4. Repair issues must be filed 3 years in advance before repairing with a band-aid.
5. Security deposit... What security deposit'
