Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Manager terrible to deal with. If you have children please look elsewhere. No play area except for a basketball court and some swings but if they are caught anywhere but there you are in for it and eyes are everywhere here. Manager encourages residents to "RAT" on others. Managers own words "we do this to keep certain people out of here". Newspaper price of apt is much lower than actual.
