Haven't experienced any problems except for those brought about by tenants who are unwilling to follow rules and be courteous to the other tenants. It's an apartment community, the better the tenants, the better the quality of life. Maintenance is quick in making any repairs and solving any problems, the grounds are well kept, and management is quick to deal with any problems one might have.
