you can't ride bikes, blow bubbles with kids, use side walk chalk in your own parking spot. the playground is usually over run with rowdy older kids. people fly up the road, through the parking lots and run the stop signs right in front of the management office. pet deposit is $500 non refundable. neighbors are loud and rude. management sucks and they make up their own rules as they go. the maintainance staff is cool though. keep looking for another place.
