Ive been here 7 yrs, with no issues what so ever.We are a family of 4 and my boys enjoy the park and basketball courts to the upmost. Any little things that arise are taken care of promptly and professionaly. The grounds are kept extremely clean and updates to the apartments are done every year.Summitwoods is patroled by the local police and is very safe,I have not heard of a robbery or breakin in the 7 yrs Ive been here. My youngest son goes to his friends apartments at various times of say and night with no worries. I would highly reccomend summitwoods to anyone who asks. thank you --

I totally agree. My daughter and I have been here almost 3 years and we love it here. Very nice and enjoyable.
