I lived in Pondveiw apartments myself, and so have some of my friends. The condition that these apartments are in is disgusting. For one, the place is not taken care of at all. The outside is trashed, buildings in shoddy condition. Walls in some apartments have holes which have been there for years,,as well as holes in hallways and writing on walls in hallways. The facility is supposed to have washer and dryer in laundry room donwstairs, however due to bad security, these washers were dumped over,,broken into, and robbed for the monies inside. Therefore they do not work and the laundry room is disgusting. Some of the apartments have no hot water or electricity due to electrical problems in building, adn the ovens in apartments do not work very well either. I would not recommend that anyone rent an apartment from Pond Veiw, after you sign lease you'll wish you could back out.
