I lived in pond view for just over a year and let me tell you it is a horrible place to live. For the whole year, I had to deal with --------------------- people that were supposed to fix things, and when they did it was worse than before. The landlord was from the other side of CT and doesn't care what happens. I have a 4 year old and at the time we were living there, she was always sick. Come to find out the place is so badly in disrepair that is is full of mold. Nice and safe for kids. There was broken windows when I moved in and they never got fixed, they are mot very well insulated, so to heat it is horrible, and to top it off everything is electric!!! The stove never worked properly and the shower/tub combo always leaked. I the lock on my door was busted when I first moved in and the manager just another one off the place right across the hall from me, and then I had to buy a new lock for it, cause he didn't have the key!! Wheat ever you do never move here!!! Plus you will never get your security back, they will find something wrong with your place and then blame it on you!!! Even though it was there before you moved in!!!! Very shady people
