I have lived in these apartments for many years and I have no problems. The place is clean and I recommended Pondview to two of my friends who had children and now they live in these apartments and love it. When you do have a problem the -------- and Hungarians come and fix it. Even my friends when they need something they come that day or the next day. I do not know what the other reviews were talking about. If you show respect you will get respect back. The owner of Pondview is a great man and is kind to all his tentants, but wants the rent money on time. I do not blame him because we all need to make a living. My place is clean and my friends' place is clean unless you live like a pig you have no one to blame, but yourself. If you are looking for an afforable, safe, and clean place then Pond View is your best bet. Also, it is a great place to raise a family.
