I would like to introduce myself as the relatively new property manager for Pondview Apartments. It has come to my attention that we have received some negative reviews in the past. However, in the past couple of years, we have done a complete turn around. Our owners care a great deal about the upkeep and having happy tenants. In the last two years, we almost completely emptied the property, and have since nearly refilled the units. Our company is very devoted to bettering the reputation of our property and hope that once you see our apartments, you will see that we aren't the terrible place past tenants have said we are.
