The place is generally good. Management is good. But they installed a new, "efficient" heating system that doesn't really work. My apartment is always freezing right now and I can barely feel the heaters when they're on. If you don't mind a maximum temperature of 65-66 in your apartment (on a good day) then this is an ok place to live. I have to wear a heavy jacket at night here sometimes because the temperature won't go up high enough.
