I lived here for only a year, and it's a pretty decent community. I've had my share of problems but that is to be expected I guess. The basement's flood when it rains, they're is a spider problem (CRAZY LARGE SPIDERS EW!), water is shared by everyone so it spurts from painfully hot to ice cold in the middle of your shower and management seems a little shaky. They have lost our rent checks as well as given us 3 leases that weren't even ours! It's a great place if you have a dog. They're are sidewalks and large grassed areas and the traffic is light since it's a dead end road. I don't have children but it seems like a good community for them. I always see them riding they're bikes and playing in the yards and they even set up a sprinkler and allowed the kids to play in it over the summer. I would stay here longer but the rent has doubled in a year and I can no longer afford to live here. It has a very conveint location next to 84 and 72 as well as next to a shopping and movie theatre. Overall this community is quiet and is safe as well. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
