Great Place for Newlyweds

My husband and I have been here for four months and continue to be pleased with our residence. The property is well kept, the neighbors are considerate and our home is still functional! On a couple occasions, rainy ones, we did see some rain spilling over into the basement, but we just moved our stored valuables to the other side of the basement, no damage has been done. We had one service appointment and the custodial staff was prompt and got the job done. And I have yet to discover if the water's hot and cold rinses are tempermental!
We have so much room and have entertained more than we ever imagine, comfortably accomodating our friends and families. The basement is a plus too, no more laundry mats! For a townhouse, we feel its decently priced, compared to other places we've lived in and enjoy the privacy the dead end offers. The complex is within walking distance to several restaurants (J. Tim's and First and Last), plus you have Lowe's, the movie complex and Big Y just down the street. Not to mention you also have Valvoline. For a starting couple, Colonial Village offers a great transition home, a step up from conventional aparmtnet living to preparation in buying your first home. We are living comfortably while I am in graduate school and plan to stay here until we purchase our first home. If you can split the cost with someone, its not bad at all!
