The people who live here are great (with the exception of the rude people who live there who constantly allow their guests to park in no parking zones (in front of the stairs) and in other peoples assigned parking places.

The service from the office is horrible there are the mold issues are also. We had our A/C unit break on us in the middle of summer and when we moved out that winter we still had not heard from the office. We had to buy our own even though in the lease A/C units are supposed to be supplied.

The mold is everywhere expecially in the bathroom. (We had friends who lived there in different buildings who all had the same problems with mold). Anytime it rained the basements filled with water and smelled all the way up to the 2nd floor (this is also where you are supposed to do your laundry).
And we had breathing issues and constant colds that cleared up once we left the apartment, which we assume is related to the building.

It is cheap to live there compare to the area, but you get what you pay for.
