I lived at Quail Hollow for many many years. It used to be a wonderful place to live. Beautiful grounds, apartments maintained, and wonderful property manager. Over the past three years, since new management in the office took over, it has gone down hill fast. Horrible mold everywhere, peoples junk all over the place, dogs running rampant, not to mention owners who don't clean up after them. Loud obnoxious new tenants. Quail Hollow used to be nice place to live, now I'm embarrassed to give my address because throuhout town it's now known as the "projects in plainville". What went wrong''' I do, but if I write it, they won't let this rating be seen by anyone. DON"T MOVE TO QUAIL HOLLOW!!!!!!
