BEWARE!! Terrible property management, mold, sediment in water...

We have lived here for 2 years and regret ever making the decision to move here. The basements are filled with black mold and we are constantly sick! There are unregistered abandoned cars everywhere. The property manager does absolutely nothing about anything! You think that they might check out the brown water issue!!!'' Parking is ridiculous, most of the time we have to park in the Chinese Buffet parking lot next door!!! With the exception of a few great neighbors, everyone else is rude, loud, and crazy!! The police are here every other day due to domestic disputes. THERE IS NOT ONE TENANT WHO ACTUALLY LIKES THE LIVING SITUATIONS AT QUAIL HOLLOW!!!! THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE GOOD REPORTS ABOUT THIS COMPLEX WAS INDEED OUR VERY OWN PROPERTY MANAGER!!! BEFORE YOU AGREE TO RENT AT QUAIL HOLLOW, MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE BASEMENT!!!!
