I read the other reveiws and saw that they were all written about the same time. It seems someone really had a grudge. I have lived at Quail hollow many years . I have gone through all the changes throughout the years. I never have a problem getting my phone calls returned or the work done in my apartment. I know many of the old timers and we agree that some residents expect management to hold their hands and not have to be responsible mature residents. Most apartments are not perfect but Quail Hollow apartments are the best for what I pay and what they offer. The managemnet at times have gone above and beyond what I feel they should as property managers. They have to be referees to immature residents and social workers to residents having personal difficulties plus all their other resposibilities to keep Quail as safe and comfortable to live. It is really sad that some people have such a small life and have to put others down to make themselves feel good. Life is too short for such trivial complaining. Quail Hollow is a great palce to live but there is a much bigger world beyond my well maintained apartment at Quail.Most residents I know at Quail Hollow apartments really enjoy living there. I guess there will always be a few bad apples. I hope they find happiness somewhere else and not taint the community at Quail Hollow.
