The management can't get over thr own personal issues...even though it means harassing future residents.

during the process of applying for an apt thr itself the managemnt has clearly potrayed a very racist attitude.

first one of thr agents doesn't show us the floor plan we want to see saying its not available. later when a junior of his ends us showing the same plan on a day he is on leave the management comes up with all possible excuses to make sure we are discouraged from taking an apt.

what is surprising is that atleast five families which have joined this place within the past six months werent told the respective wives could not use the amenities b'cos they dont have a social security no. (since the ladies are on H-4 visa, have recently come to the US and obviously dependent on thr husbands ).

in our case this seems to be a major issue however..out of the blue.in our numerous dealings with thr agent over the past one week this didnt seem to b a problem at all.

in his very own words the first day we met him he mentioned he only needed the id n ssn of the person on th H1.

to us this issue seems to b due to internal employee relations problem...which is none of our business....but the fact that we waited for a week to move in and at the nth hour these guys are making a policy which wasnt in exsistence when the others joined in ...it only goes to prove that the fact that we are new to this country is being exploited by these pl.

and yes....some of the agents n thr manager can take a couple of classes in customer care..they need it badly.
