This place is a dump. A train reck waiting to happen.

The staff (4 stupid women) are incredibly nice UNTIL you sign the lease. It is all down hill from there.

Move in and have a problem' NO ONE WILL CARE.

Capital Properties, who owns this 1970's dump has already shown CT how they do business. Do yourself a favor: DONT MOVE IN.
