Agree with management criticisms posted here

I lived at Century for awhile, and the posts on this site regarding the criticisms of management behavior are right on, and it looks like the situation hasn't changed from the time I lived there. The "attitude" thing always perplexed me with the office people there. It comes off as phony, superficial, cold, and unfriendly. Don't expect any warmth from these people regarding problems and issues you may have as a tenant. I find it hard to believe Capital Corp would condone this kind of behavior or train these people in this way, if I behaved in this manner in my own profession I wouldn't have any clients. Perhaps it's time for Capital Corp itself to step up and "audit" what is going on there regarding tenant/management relations. My simple advice would be to look elsewhere (the apartments at Century are not the "luxury" they advertise as, very ordinary really, with high rent to boot) or try hard to get a house or condo, then you wouldn't have to put up with the extreme and confusing BS you'll get at Century. For the high rent you will pay there, it's common sense and you will be happier and better off for doing so.
