Racists, horrible Maintenance and Liars

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I am having a hellish experience at this place. The Leasing office members are liars. They told me that my rent has been raised to 20 dollars less than Market Rate. I checked the market rate, it was less than what they are charging me. These folks are big time liars. They are racists and very rude. The maintenance is poor at best.
