It might look nice, but please look again. As a resident for two years I have dealt with many problems and Century Hills doesn't want to hear it.
My biggest concern is safety: lighting is poor at night and foget leaving your apartment if it is snowy or icy. I have fell many times because no one puts sand down. Every time you call you get the "whatever." It is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
The girls at the office are often unhelpful and mean. I have had to deal with them about lost paperwork and checks numerous times. All I ask for is honest answers.
