When we first arrived, we thought it was nice... but soon the nightmare started!
First, we asked the agent to tell us if it was noisy.. she told us that the apartment was completely sound proof !
Today, we play to recognize which one of our neighbors is going to the bathroom or having sex!
I don't want to forget the washing machines.. Noisy as creasy .. you can't hope a peaceful week end!

Then....
When you arrive you think it is nice and beautiful.. Check the Tennis courses and the swimming pools (not the one where they welcome you .. the other one) in detail..
Everything is like that... looks great but when you check better ... they don't maintain anything...

When we arrived we had the choice between 2 apartments:
1 expensive and ugly with all included..
1 that looked nice and was cheaper but with gas to pay...
We asked the girl how much the average bill of gas was.
She told us that she use to live at the same place and the highest bill in winter should be around $40, $50..
Today, We pay $150 a month!!!!

Besides they were late to give us our contract back with their signature..
but told us that it was okay a long time before..
1 week before we moved in ... they called us to tell us that they were increasing the price of the apartment!


Run away!!
