Ok, but be prepared to freeze!

I lived at Century Hills for a year, and found out quite a few things that I thought would be minor inconveniences were really full-blown catastrophes. As with any apartment there are positives and negatives to living here. The positives--nice location (right off 91), good-sized apartments, rent is less expensive than living by either of the malls, LOVED the balcony!, you never hear your neighbors, tons of storage space, always felt very safe, carpet/appliances all new, great water pressure in the bathrooms, no bugs/mice/etc.
The negatives:
Parking is not the best--especially when hauling groceries up a million flights of stairs
GET a DOORMAN--i could never get my mail since it needed to be signed for
Moving in and out sucked horribly since even the freight elevator is painfully small
YOU WILL FREEZE OR GO BROKE IN THE WINTER--my roommate and I literally huddled under blankets and had thick sweatshirts on and had our apartment at like 50 or 55 degrees...we still were paying around $150 or $200 per month in heating bills in winter.
Overall, if you have a bunch of $$, really like amenities (pool, gym, etc), and don't mind driving at least 15 minutes to go anywhere that is fun socially, this is the place for you.
