Living here is fine, and everything is in reasonably good condition, plenty of parking etc. I love maintenance, they are great and always come by to fix things a day after I asked.
The major issue I have is with the management. They are curt, rude, and never return phone calls. The women give most tenants snide looks when in the Clubhouse office. Often, there is nobody at the desk to help you. They don't offer constructive solutions to problems. The never returning phone calls is what gets me. Further evidence of their gross incompetence is the ample misspellings in signs all over the complex. In the laundry room, the sign discusses the fact that "tenants are not properly disposing of the LINEN." I think they mean lint. I have seen other misspellings and errors as well, which in and of themselves wouldn't be a big deal, but when you are MANAGEMENT, learn to read and write to a decent level.
Also, the constant littering around the mailbox area in the towers could be easily solved by putting a recycle bin around there. Management should have thought of this years ago. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
