about a week ago my sister decided to move to CT. I told her to check out the web site (shes never been here). Instead she found this site. How surprised was I to read these reviews. I'm from PA and I've been here 5 years. I couldn't believe what I was reading. Yes something are older or even painted over but my apartment is beautiful. My co workers are very impressed when they come over. I must have one of the best views. There has been a time or two when maintenance hasn't been prompmt but for the most part they are there within the week of my call. As far as management I haven't agreed with all their decision or increases but I've always been compensated for the increase. I've received a new kitchen floor, my apartment painted numerous carpet shampoos. When my stove broke I received a new one. I work out in the gym three days a week and I've heard the way some people talk to the staff. Granted they can sometimes be a little "TO THE POINT" but on the other hand they take a lot more crap then I would. I'm sure not everyone has had great experiences but to blatenly mention names and embaress the people that work there is very wrong. My mom always said you get sugar with sugar. whoever mamapresh is seems to have a serious anger problem and should probably be emailing www.angermanagement.com. To each his own. life is how you chose to live it.

another email from Patty Carbone. Why would you accept a 99.00 carpet shampoo for a 50.00 a month rental increase in a year within a luxury apartment and think you got a deal? The floor and stove? Hon, I mean, Patty, that is what a good management company would do ANYWAYS! We are on to you, Ms Carbone. You will get what you deserve, Ms Eva Peron! You should also note how PERSONAL and FRIENDLY Ms Carbone is toward the GALS of the Clubhouse and the WOMEN customers.... Ask Mamapresh....she said NO WAY to her advances....Now, are you really Anonymous or is this DLOL or perhaps, Patti Carbone et al
