I have read some of the reviews on this site. Yes, it does appear odd that after a negative review, there seems to be a cute review from a "little old woman" saying how she likes her stove, her flowers, her balcony. How management is always smiling at her, etc. Let it be known, that this is far from the truth. This place known as LUXURY is a year of hell. I just moved out and was glad to put this year behind. My car got broken into, I got a lovely new dishwasher after the ancient gold tone one I had caused 2700.00 in water damage when it exploded (GET RENTERS INSURANCE IF YOU MOVE IN!) Lets see, the aroma of old garbage when the chute gets backed up is nice....wait until the 90 degree weather in the summer.
Call Maintenance. And call again, and again. I had to call the "gals" as some other reviewer called them, in the CLUBHOUSE (the MANAGEMENT LAIR) and told them if I didnt see any action from maintenance, Id be calling my attorny and putting the rent into escgrove. They said, do that and our attorny will call yours....just ridiculous. I like the review about the heat. Yes, if you move in, you will help Capital Properties pay THEIR electric bill pay paying the utilities for the hallways! 275.00 for heat a month is crazy! Dont worry about using the indoor pool, cause it will be closed whenever you want to use it. But, when you turn on the AC or do dishes, the water will fill up into your living room leaving you to buy all new furniture. GET INSURANCE! And from the break-ins...GET INSURANCE if someone will still insure this hole. BUYER BEWARE as someone else reported. This place is a joke.
