We have been very pleased with Century Hills overall. We do not live in the towers, but we live over in Glenbrooke side of the apartment complex. Our apartment was clean when we moved in, the maintance is fast (they fix everything the day you call!) and it is very quite!!
However a few things to consider. We moved in during the Summer, and we found out quicky that all the pools are not always open, even on hot days we would have to drive to the main clubhouse to use the pool. And the inside Pool inside the clubhouse seems to be closed all the time during the winter.
The Snow plowing is HORRIBLE. During big storms it takes HOURS to almost a day for them to shovel the walkways. And the roads and parking lots plowing is horrible.
Parking is not very handy. We have to walk down a hill to get to our Apartment. It's a real pain with groceries and children.
But overall the actual apartment is great. We have lived here a year, and sadly we are moving because our family is growing and we need a third bedroom!!
