I love this place however the maintainence guy yelled at my neighbors cat and attempted to pursue the poor animal....the cat ran under a parked car and he attempted to dislodge the cat. He had his arm under the vehicle when the car suddenly started! it seemed the car was already occupied and when they saw a strange man under their car they started it to get the heck out of there. The maintainence guys arm was run over and he let out a long slew of profanities that scared the residents.I however saw the entire thing and wanted to say that this man deserves time off (due to his damaged arm) and although he called me a nosy bastard I think he had a nice smile and he also hid his pain well (except for the 30 minutes of screaming)
