Wow! I was surprised to see so many negative reviews...some seem a bit extreme, but others are right on. The good: maintainence acts very quickly, (in my case) heat and hot water is included, very convienant to highways...there is some sort of security vehicle that I see driving through the complex- haven't had a reason to contact them, but if they are actually some form of security, that is positive...The bad: office staff rude and abrupt, pools are often closed- esp. on holiday weekends, many apts. are stuffed with multiple families, tennis courts cracked and overgrown w/ weeds, often, gym equipment broken and takes looooong time to repair, and the recycling that is promised is really just combined in w/ the garbage...
