I live in the glenbrook side... the buildings are old and it shows. the kitchen is nice (new appliances) living room is large. like said before, the paint job sucks. i dont know if its normal since this is my first apt, but the rent keeps going up by 20 bucks every new lease, even though the value of the building seems to be going way down. management does kindof seem a little rude. Noise travels a LOT in these apartments.. you can easily hear just light walking upstairs, you can hear others tvs, and you can definately hear bass from others stereos. dont plan on having sex in these apartments without your neighbors hating you. it makes me wonder if there is any insulation. I guess thats a part of apt. life! a better deal would be to just buy a condo somewhere for the same price.

Oh yah.. security sucks... the grounds are mostly lit nicely, but car thieves are attracted to this place... one of the neighbors put out a notice about the car thefts, stating their stereo was stolen twice, and then so was my girlfriend's! DONT park your car here without some kind of anti -theft device. i had to buy the loudest one i could. oh ya hehe dont breathe in the hallways unless you like curry!!! LOL
