My review starts as many of the other Century Hills reviews start. It seems nice at first but gets worse and worse.

On the pro-side for Century Hills heat is included which is a big plus. The apartments are also fairly spacious for what you pay. Unfortunately that about wraps it up for good things to say about Century Hills.

The scales tip severely when you review the negatives at Century Hills. The person who answers the phone for Century Hills maintenance is EXTREMELY rude. I cannot believe she has not been fired she is seriously as bad if not worse than people in other reviews have written about. The acutal maintenance work can often be shoddy. The leasing staff are inept, rude and for lack of a better term "ditzy". So much so that they forgot to send me my lease renewal forms and then when I reminded them they told me to "hurry up" and get the signed forms back to them. The apartments are getting old and it shows; things break all the time. In the two years since I have been there here is the list of everything that went wrong:

Broken Dishwasher
Towel Rack broke (twice)
No hot water (at least 5 times)
Toilet broke and had to be replaced
Garbage Disposal Broke (fixed improperly)
Kitchen Faucet Broke
Balcony had to be replaced

The cable internet in the place doesn't work right and it appears to be building wide. Don't bother calling Cox communications or Century Hills as no one is willing to fix it.

Basically if you really really want heat included then Century Hills is okay. If you want value for money on any level what so ever then avoid this place. Until they get staff that do not consist of a bunch of twenty something girls who try to flirt their way into a lease agreement they do not deserve your business.
