I lived in Century HIlls during 2005 for 7 months. During the 7 months I lived there, my boyfriend, who lived there also, had his Honda Civic broken into SIX TIMES. Windows smashed, CD player stolen..and even his CAR BATTERY was stolen one time...right out of a clearly lit parking space right by the front door! And he wasn't the only one. 3 other cars in our apartment were vandalized and robbed as well...one car even got STOLEN out of the parking lot!!!! There is only ONE security guy for the entire complex..and you can see him comming from a mile away..no wonder people break in to cars...there's NO security! When you talk to the management about it...they do NOTHING. They call the cops, and have you file a report....but do nothing to rectify the poor security situation, or all of your costs due to dammages. My reccomendation' Take out ALL valuables, and buy the CLUB or a fancy alarm system...otherwise, dont be suprised if you wake up with NO CAR one morning.
