In short I would highly discourage anyone from living in this overpriced, over-rated, cramped, poorly maintained apartment complex. They advertise as "luxury" but that seems to be to mask the fact that they are about to screw you over! The only amazing thing about this place is the first tour they give, and the landscaping. The management is rude, the maintenance doesn't care care about their work, the elevators were out of code for the first 6 months I lived here and I cannot wait for the lease to end so I can leave. In order to do laundry here, you have to buy a card that can ONLY have funds added to it in the leasing office...not in your own building. There is literally one machine to add money to this card so if you run out of money after 9pm, you better have a backup wardrobe. When I moved in the entire apartment was painted white...the fixtures were painted over, all the brass hinges were painted to expedite the turn around, they even painted over the fuse box which had to be carved open! You can't hear your neighbors, but what you CAN hear is all the loud landscaping they do from 7-9am, and by the time complaints roll in at 9 they throw CT law in your face. They are the most inconsiderate establishment I've ever lived in.

Very accurate review of this property. Renters BEWARE! There are much better places in CT to look at that are LUXURY and where you get treated like a customer and human being.
