we lived in the Gallery for 3 years and getting ready to move out. Rocky Hill is a nice place to live in, safe and good schools. Apartment complex looks nice and luxurious from the outside, but is actually old, though well-maintained indoors. The office people are ok; personnally, I almost never needed them except for renewing the lease. The maintenace office has a separate line to call and the people there are extremely helpful and pleasant. I have one warning though about the Gallery: don't lease on the second floors over the garages! The floor gets icy cold in winter; also, don't rent on the side facing North because that's where the garbage truck picks up the trash from and in summer your apartment would smell trash by the time the truck leaves!!! Oh one more thing, the Galleries and Towers are way too close to the noise and pollution of the freeway!!!! My recommendation for the Galleries is find an apartment facing the pond, not freeway, and you will be away form all these problems!
